Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a candle for a different scent, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
